• Mood Tracking: Daily mood and energy level monitoring with adaptive task recommendations
• Focus Timer: 5-minute productivity sessions with progress tracking
• Community Features: Social support, forum discussions, and body doubling sessions

• Voice Processing: Optional voice-to-text conversion for task creation using OpenAI Whisper
• Intelligent Task Breakdown: AI-powered task decomposition using GPT-4o Mini
• ADHD-Optimized Suggestions: Neurodivergent-friendly task recommendations and timing
• Adaptive Difficulty: Task complexity adjustment based on user mood and energy levels

Scramblie is available on iOS, Android, and Web platforms with cross-device synchronization. Service availability may vary by region and platform capabilities.

• Credential Protection: Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Authorized Use: Ensure all account activity is authorized by you
• Security Notifications: Report any unauthorized access immediately
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account

You agree not to use Scramblie for:

• Illegal Activities: Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Harmful Content: Harassment, hate speech, or content that could harm others
• System Interference: Attempting to disrupt or compromise our services
• Intellectual Property Violation: Infringing on others' copyrights, trademarks, or rights
• Spam or Abuse: Sending unsolicited communications or abusing community features

When participating in community features, you agree to maintain respectful, supportive interactions consistent with our ADHD-friendly, gentle motivation philosophy.

Scramblie and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• Trademarks: Scramblie name, logo, and branding elements
• Software: Application code, algorithms, and user interface designs
• Content: Documentation, graphics, and educational materials

You retain ownership of content you create in Scramblie (tasks, notes, community posts). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide our services.

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Technical Issues: Server problems, network disruptions, or third-party service outages

• User Termination: You may delete your account at any time through app settings
• Service Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Data Retention: Account data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
• Effect of Termination: All rights and licenses granted to you will cease

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
